Directions: Travel on Route 6 to Tunkhannock. Once in Tunkhannock, Route 6
turns into Tioga Street. Remington's is located on East Tioga Street.

Menu Selections:
Chicken Chesapeake – lightly breaded and topped with crab, lobster, Gruyere
cheese in a tarragon cream sauce.
Pan Seared Filet of Salmon with roasted corn and red pepper relish,
drizzled with Creole remoulade.
Wiener Schnitzel – lightly breaded veal cutlet, pan fried, served in a
chardonnay cream sauce.

In lieu of payment for dinner, POPAC donations are welcome. There will be a $30.00
fee for Non-Members.

Save the date for the NEPOS First Annual Continuing Education Seminar scheduled
on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at the Hilton Conference Center in Scranton.  More info to
come soon.

Dr. Gregory Caldwell, President of the POA, is the educational speaker for the evening.
The topic will be Ocular Disease and this lecture is worth 2 C.E. credits.
